The SIBELIUs project officially kicked-off in Ulaanbaatar on 2nd March 2018 at the offices of the Information & Research Institute of Meteorology, Hydrology & Environment at NAMEM. Partners from the UK and Mongolia discussed plans for delivering improved resilience for Mongolian herding communities using satellite Earth Observation data.
